The historic charm of the hotel was amazing, and the pools provided a much-needed respite after exploring the vibrant streets of Merida.

Noise from the nearby entertainment venue made evenings less peaceful than one would prefer. It was particularly intrusive on weekends, which could dampen the overall experience for light sleepers.

Lovely traditional and pretty standard place, I truly enjoyed very knowledgeable personnel.

Really enjoyed this boutique hotel, can just recommend. Dinner and breakfast food was gorgeous. The property was in the middle of the city. Plus, it was next to cathedral, the historical center, and the centre of town.

This place is wicked charming! Our suite was huge, with a nice balcony overlooking the pools. The staff were great. They even gave us local tips at the bar. Plus, the location's perfect for wandering around the old town. Just loved the vibe!

I was very happy with the reasonably spacious room, that was complete with comfy bed and terrace and shower. The location was great, for example, an early colonial cathedral was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Intrusive music from the nearby entertainment venue disrupts evenings!!! A stronger air conditioning system would improve comfort during warm nights!!! The close proximity to busy streets may not suit everyone!!!

The hacienda-style decor is amazing, especially inside my Beautiful Double Room, where the atmosphere felt both cozy and elegant. Plus, the practical location made exploring local restaurants easy, allowing me to indulge in the vibrant culinary scene. I appreciated the helpful personnel, who offered great local recommendations.

We stayed in a Suite for one night and really enjoyed the spaciousness, our room even had a private patio! It felt very private and cozy. The decor was fine, giving it a unique vibe. But, the bathroom lacked ventilation, made it a bit steamy. The bedding wasn't the comfiest-kind of lumpy and thin, disappointing for the price. Still, the overall charm of the hotel helps balance things out.
